SingSpark Privacy Policy

SingSpark is a private singing-practice app for iPhone and iPad. It is designed to work without accounts, advertising, social ranking, or cloud upload. This policy explains what information SingSpark uses, what stays on your device, and what choices you have.

Data We Do Not Collect

In the current version, SingSpark does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data for tracking, advertising, analytics, profiling, or social features. We do not operate a user account system and we do not run a backend service that receives your singing recordings or practice history.

Microphone

SingSpark asks for microphone access only when needed for singing practice features, such as live vocal monitoring, pitch detection, recording, latency calibration, and singing analysis. Microphone input is processed locally on your device. When you stop practice or recording, SingSpark stops the active recording session according to the app controls and iOS lifecycle behavior.

Recordings and Practice Data

Your recordings are stored locally in SingSpark's app storage on your device. SingSpark may also store local metadata such as recording names, dates, duration, selected vocal effect, waveform data, pitch samples, spectrum bands, coach-analysis results, Auto Tune settings, volume settings, and Bluetooth latency calibration values. These items are used to show your library, replay recordings, provide singing feedback, and remember your preferred practice setup.

Deleting a recording in SingSpark removes it from the app's local library. You can also remove local app data by deleting SingSpark from your device. If you choose to export or share a recording using iOS sharing features, the shared copy is handled by the destination you choose.

Imported Audio and Other Music Apps

SingSpark may use audio files that you choose through iOS file or media pickers for private practice. Those files are used locally for playback, recording alignment, and practice features.

SingSpark can be used while music from other apps is playing, but it cannot and does not read Spotify, Apple Music, or other streaming app audio buffers. It records and analyzes microphone input from your device, not protected streaming audio from another app.

In-App Purchase

SingSpark Pro is offered through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment and provides SingSpark with StoreKit transaction and entitlement information so the app can unlock Pro features. We do not receive your full payment card number or banking details.

Apple Services and Device Settings

Apple may process information related to App Store downloads, payments, refunds, crash diagnostics, and app analytics according to Apple's own privacy practices and your device settings. SingSpark does not add its own third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Support Requests

If you contact us by email, we will receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message, such as device model, iOS version, screenshots, or a description of the issue. We use support messages only to respond to your request and improve SingSpark support. Please do not send private recordings unless we specifically ask and you are comfortable sharing them.

Children's Privacy

SingSpark is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children. Because recordings and practice data stay local by default, a parent or guardian can remove them by deleting recordings in the app or deleting the app from the device.

Your Choices

• You can grant or revoke microphone permission in iOS Settings.
• You can delete recordings inside SingSpark.
• You can decide whether to export or share recordings.
• You can restore Pro purchases using Apple's purchase restoration flow.
• You can contact us to ask questions about this policy or support messages you sent us.

Changes

We may update this policy if SingSpark's features or data practices change, for example if a future version adds cloud sync, server-side analysis, crash reporting, or analytics. The latest policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

麥克風

錄音與練習資料

你的錄音會儲存在 SingSpark 的本地 App 儲存空間。SingSpark 也可能在本地保存錄音名稱、日期、時長、選取的人聲效果、波形資料、音高樣本、頻譜資料、教練分析結果、自動調音設定、音量設定與藍牙延遲校準值。這些資料用於顯示錄音庫、回放錄音、提供歌唱建議，以及記住你偏好的練唱設定。

在 SingSpark 內刪除錄音後，該錄音會從 App 的本地資料庫移除。你也可以透過刪除 SingSpark 來移除本地 App 資料。如果你主動使用 iOS 分享功能匯出或分享錄音，分享出去的副本會由你選擇的目的地處理。

匯入音訊與其他音樂 App

SingSpark 可以使用你透過 iOS 檔案或媒體選擇器選取的音訊檔，作為私人練唱用途。這些檔案會在本地用於播放、錄音對齊與練唱功能。

SingSpark 可以在其他音樂 App 播放時同時使用，但不能、也不會讀取 Spotify、Apple Music 或其他串流 App 的音訊資料。SingSpark 錄製與分析的是裝置麥克風輸入，而不是其他 App 的受保護串流音訊。

App 內購買

SingSpark Pro 透過 Apple 的 App 內購買系統提供。Apple 負責處理付款，並透過 StoreKit 提供交易與權益資訊，讓 SingSpark 解鎖 Pro 功能。我們不會取得你的完整付款卡號或銀行資料。

Apple 服務與裝置設定

Apple 可能會依照 Apple 自己的隱私做法與你的裝置設定，處理與 App Store 下載、付款、退款、當機診斷和 App 分析相關的資訊。SingSpark 本身不加入第三方分析、廣告或追蹤 SDK。

客服聯絡

如果你透過電子郵件聯絡我們，我們會收到你的電子郵件地址，以及你選擇在訊息中提供的資訊，例如裝置型號、iOS 版本、截圖或問題描述。我們只會使用客服訊息來回覆你的請求並改善 SingSpark 支援。除非我們明確請你提供，且你願意分享，否則請不要寄送私人錄音。

兒童隱私

SingSpark 並非設計用來刻意收集兒童的個人資料。由於錄音與練習資料預設保存在本地端，家長或監護人可以在 App 內刪除錄音，或直接刪除 App 以移除資料。
