CodeIME is an iOS developer keyboard designed for typing commands, symbols, and remote development shortcuts. CodeIME is built to work locally and privately.

CodeIME does not collect personal data, does not track users, and does not require keyboard Full Access.

Data Collection

CodeIME does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal data.

The keyboard extension does not send keystrokes, commands, prediction text, typed content, or usage data to any server.

Keyboard Full Access

CodeIME does not require keyboard Full Access. The keyboard is designed to provide local command predictions and developer shortcuts without network permission.

Command Predictions

CodeIME predictions are local and rule-based. Prediction candidates are generated on device from the current command fragment and built-in command patterns.

Network Access

CodeIME does not use network services for analytics, advertising, tracking, accounts, synchronization, or server-side prediction.

Tracking

CodeIME does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Third-Party Services

CodeIME does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking SDKs.

Children's Privacy

CodeIME does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
